Do you work in my area?

We focus our efforts on the Virginia Peninsula, including Newport News, York County, Poquoson, Hampton, Williamsburg, and parts of James City County.

Do you give free estimates?

We provide a free initial consult, which usually includes a basic “ballpark” figure for your scope of work. After the free initial consult, our design process includes 3D computer modeling, written design specifications, and a price for the scope of work, but we do charge for the design process. This fee is waived if you sign a construction agreement.

Where do you fall on the pricing scale?

Our company focuses on quality and craftsmanship, which means that we don’t cut corners. We use high-quality products and we hire highly qualified and highly skilled team members. From initial consultation, through design, selections, and production our company is committed to the highest level of customer service, education, and quality control. Simply put, our value offering is more for more and so we are on the higher end of the pricing spectrum. When it comes to remodeling, the most expensive remodeling project is the one that wasn’t done right the first time.

Do you do small jobs or repair work?

We focus on full replacement bathrooms, kitchens, and additions. We are not set up for small jobs or repair work.

When can you start?

We can start on the planning process immediately. However, the time it takes to plan a project well, secure permits, and assemble quality materials usually prevents us from being able to start immediately. We are not set up for emergency work.

Can you meet me in the evening or on the weekend?

We are a family-oriented company so we schedule our meetings during business hours on weekdays. We can usually meet you as early as 8:00 AM or as late as 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

How long does a typical project take?

Every project is different, so it’s hard to provide an estimated time-frame. However, once your project begins, we will be there M-F every day until your project is complete. We do not leave you hanging to go to other jobs. You also get your own project manager whose only job is to do your project. You get peace of mind knowing that we will work hard until everything is completed and will whole-heartedly dedicate ourselves to you and your project.
